Is the free version really free?
Yes. Every calculator is fully functional with no account and no time limit, and you can make up to 3 quotes. Pro adds tools professionals use every day.
Will I ever lose Pro?
No. Pro is tied to your email, not to a browser. Clear your browser, change phones or switch computers — sign in with the email you used at checkout and Pro (and your synced projects and quotes) come straight back. Offline, Pro keeps working for 30 days between check-ins.
How do I use Pro on another device?
Sign in with your purchase email on that device. No password — we email you a 6-digit code. You can also continue with Google or Apple.
Where are my projects and quotes stored?
On your device, and — when you’re signed in — backed up to your account so they sync between devices. The calculators themselves always run in your browser.
What if my card payment fails?
Pro stays active while the payment is retried. You’ll get an email to update your card, and you can do it any time from your account page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if Pro isn’t right for you, email support@quantoobra.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which also handles sales tax / VAT and receipts. We never see your card details.
